"I truly appreciate the honesty of this company. First, Keystone Radon Mitigation did not install my radon unit, which was installed by another company in 2021, and is not working. I called the original installer a few times, and he was taking no responsibility. I called Keystone for them to inspect and repair the unit, and he told me that these are under a 5-year warranty and the installer should fix it or I should report him. It looks like Keystone is saving me hundreds of dollars and they could have easily come out and did the work themselves, since I was not aware of the warranty. When a company is honest and saves the customer money, I think that's the company to go with - Keystone."
"Keystone Radon Mitigation was great. They came, gave an accurate estimate and explained everything very thoroughly. Due to a heat wave and humidity issues in the garage, we had some issues with the sealant curing. The owner came out and checked everything out and made sure the sealant was proficient. Owner was very helpful with trouble shooting issues over the phone through text message. For an house issue that can adversely affect health, I would definitely recommend this company to lower radon issues."
